Hartford Communities That Care, Inc. Youth Leadership Academy's 8th annual youth summit, " Impact in Action: Turning Our Voices into Progress!" The summit is a one-of-a-kind learning experience for middle school , high school and young adults ages 13-24. Future leaders will leave equipped with more knowledge to become change agents. Led by and for youth, this year’s presentations will center on Preventing Community Violence, Equalizing Education, Alleviating Poverty, Preventing Substance Use Addiction and a special community education session on: Youth Advocacy in Action - You, Tobacco and Your Community.
